I am so in love with this snowflake. I made it and hung it up during Christmas-time, but it's versatile enough that I can keep it up for a few months :) And the cherry on top is that it may have been the easiest thing I've ever made!

All it took was a bag of popsicle sticks, some leftover ribbon, and a hot glue gun. I laid out the pattern I wanted on the floor (I wanted mine pretty big, so the widest part is six sticks end-to-end!). Then I got to gluing. Once everything was dry - which was fairly quick, since this didn't require a lot of glue - I simply threaded a ribbon through one angle and hung it on our door. This would make a great seasonal decoration inside as well! Maybe over a chalkboard? Or you could even make a few smaller ones and hang them from the ceiling!

I did consider painting the sticks white, but ultimately decided I wanted it to feel warmer and cozier. I still think the white would look really amazing - and it would probably take longer for people to realize this is made out of popsicle sticks!

What about you? Is this something you would try? I'd love to see pictures if you do! It really is easy, and so fun. (And I think it would be a fun project to do with someone, or with kids!)
