Yesterday, a few sweet friends of mine were featured on Magnolia Rouge! "Golden Bride" was the concept of Jessica Welshans – as a full-time photographer, she often has the pleasure of taking bridal portraits, but began to wonder what it would be like to work with a completely out-of-the-box bride. We called in Carah Vallejo to model, Taylor Beam of Magnolia Tree Paperie to create a stationary suite, Jessica rented a show-stopping gold dress, and I contributed a few painted pieces. We had such a great time (the chiggers were totally worth it)... visit Magnolia Rouge to see the whole feature!
I created two paintings for the shoot (the bottom one was featured in our post!) and just for fun... they're for sale!!! Either one of these would make a great gift... I'm thinking a bridal shower (could be used as decor, too), a day-of gift to the bride, or even a birthday. They are 24 inches wide by 36 inches high by half an inch deep, painted on canvas stretched over a wooden frame. Shoot me an email if you're interested in purchasing! I don't have a particular price in mind, but they won't cost you very much if you want one :)
